Hi everyone

I have an 1416 Digital Phone with 2 Apperance buttom and reserved last CA activated.
How can i transfer a call by just pressing line 2(Apperance buttom 2) and call the person i want to transfer and complete the transfer?
I dont get the option complete, when i press line 2 while a have a call on line 1. I have to press the Transfer buttom that get the complete option.

How someone can help :)

Why not press the transfer button instead of 'line 2'

Then enter the extension number en hangup.

Becouse if i just press line 2 to talk with a colleague and suddenly i want to transfer my call on line 1 to line 2 :)

You can also do this using the transfer button.

Press transfer.

Call colleague.

Talk to him / her.

If you want to transfer, hangup of press transfer.

If you want to go back to the caller, press 'Line 1 '

It is working as designed and won't work the way you want to do it. You should just use the transfer button, and if you decide not to transfer, press the call on hold to pick it back up.

Dermis and feline can be divorced by manifold methods.*

Add a Source Number of Enable_OTT to the user making the transfer.
Add User buttons for the users that will be receiving the transferred calls
DON'T press hold or transfer or "Line 2", while speaking with the outside caller on "Line 1" press the User button for the destination. The transfer sequence will happen automatically, and you can press Complete, or speak with the transferee before pressing Complete
