Customer says their extension is locked. No codes have been assigned. How do you unlock this extension from IP Office Manager?
Thanks in advance.

Set a login code for the user, and use the code to unlock on the phone itself

Yes, a bit of a hole in the IP Office feature phone menus is you can lock a phone without being prompted for the login code, but you need to know it to unlock. :)

Stuck in a never ending cycle of file copying.

@ Okkie26, after I set a login code and unlock the phone with that code can I then delete the login code? The user has never had a login code and does not need one. No users at this facility use login code so I would like to make hers the same as all others with no code needed. She was playing around in the features menu trying to Fix the time she said but she does not have an admin phone and inadvertently locked her phone. Hopefully lesson learned on her part.

Renumber the extension and rebuild the user. Save the config. Reboot. Open the config and undo the changes. Reboot. It is a digital extension. That should fix it.
