I have a few AVAYA1220 "new" series NTYS19AD70E6 which do not power up not from POE neither from PSU. Any idea?

AVAYA 1220 WILL NOT POWER UP

if you have a working 1220, plug the phone into that port. If the phone still does not power up, you may have a bad batch that needs to be replaced. Avaya usually warranties the phones for 90 days and most refurb phones are 1 yr and sometime lifetime warranty.
