Avaya 1120 IP agent phone not forwarding when on make set busy

Hi

We have a user who is an agent with both a deskphone and a 2250 softphone, the users DN is on key one on both sets, when you place the deskset to MSB and forward the set to an internal or external the set hunts to voicemail. It must be something to do with the 2050 as if i change the DN and call the destphone it forwards as required. Im i missing something regarding the config of the softphone or is it a limitation?

An easy way to test this is to remove the DN from the 2050 temporarily and see if the function of the desk phone changes.
 
One reason is that MSB is a busy condition and Call forward or FDN is a no answer condition. When MSB is activated it busies the phone.
 
Thanks guys, ive now made the softephone a virtual office login only, all working find regarding the deskphone forwarding. Cheers again.
