AVAY IP Agent question.

Can anyone tell me if it is possible to playback a wave file to the caller via a third party software so that the caller on the other end of IP Agent can hear the playback.

The third party software will use the same sound media as IP Agent ie. USB headset.

Will both parties hear the playback?

IP Agent already has a feature built into it called "Agent Greetings" which will playback to a caller a prerecorded wav file from the agents desktop. Both parties can here it.

I understand that IPAgent already has the automated Agent Greetings. I was refering more to using other audio programs together with IPAgent. Eg. WinAmp play music to IP Agent's caller while on a call.

Is there a SDK to allow playback into IP Agent's audio stream so that both caller and callee can hear the audio? I was wondering if there is another way besides conferencing another channel in using CMAPI for the playback.?
