Avantgo allow you to trial their Pylon software by downloading from the web and will supply a temporary licence key via email. The installation process however insists on trying to register via the internet and does not ask for the licence key. (Internet access is prevented by company policy.) The website indicates that the key is for those who cannot register on-line but no help on doing so is there or in the 200-page manual. No response has been received to an email query and support are unreachable by phone. Anyone know how it's supposed to work?

I use their product and unfortunately you need to provide them with your notes CN Name First Last/XXX.
They will give you a 30 day temp license based on that. If your user or organization changes you need to request a new one.
