Available Ring tones on BCM 1000

We've got a 3.6 BCM 1000, with T7316E phones. My boss is asking why only two ring tones are available, and I've had a hard time understanding how the BCM manages these.

If I press Feature * 6, I get "Ring type: 1" and "Ring type: 4". 2 and 3 are not available. Any ideas on why this is, or what I can check?

Are 2 and 3 configured as distinctive rings on some lines/trunks? Thats the only thing that comes to mind that would prevent the other ring patterns from being selectable.

This is possible (not sure, not something I did, unless inadvertently). Any graceful way of checking for this, or just slogging through the lot of them? Thanks!

I think I found the two suspects...one for DID target lines (that one stays) and one for a hunt group (that one was removed). Thanks for your help, I just didn't know where to look...I was looking for a ring tone section under the BCM manager.

One more minor question...any way to add more ring tones to the system, or is 4 the maximum on this system?

4 ring tones is the maximum.
