I upgraded my parent server to 9.0 a few days ago and now I can not see my client that are in remote locations. All the local folks I can see...I can ping remote workstations from the server and they can ping the server. It's just that they are not updating and I can not manage them. Any ideas? I have tried to call symantec, and waited on hold for almost 2 hours, before the system hung up on me.
I just thought maybe some of you all have had a similar issue and could help before I waste 2 more hours on hold
