Auxiliary ACD status lights

I am looking for a way to light up some LED tower lights depending on the agents' status. The idea is to have a set of tower lights at each work station (something similar to this;

that would light up different colors depending on the state of the user. For example: On an ACD call the light would be blue, in Aux Work or after call- yellow, and ready - green. There would be a fourth light that is red on a manual switch the agent could turn on when they need a supervisor.

The nitty gritty:
We are running S8710, Software version R014x.00.1.731.2
using Call Masters controlled by IP Agent via Positron P911 GUI

Has anyone have something like this running or know of anyone that may?

I'm not really sure of how to even get started.
