I'm searching for info on using the auto-in button in One X Communicator.
The only thing I found was this post stating that they don't get their Aux-work button in One X. Oddly enough,we do get Aux-work to show up in One-x communicator. And in our old version of softphone Auto-in would show up as well. But in One X comm I can't get Auto-in to show up. also in the old version Auto-in would show up for some and not for others. Anyone know why it does sometime show up? and any ideas how to get Auto-In to show up on One X communicator?

IT because Avaya want you to buy one x agent in my guess , have you tried adding the fac as an auto dial this will work , but the autoin will show as normal , the only way the agent can tell is that auxwork is not lit , but if they hit logout by mistake trouble brewing as the normal key stays lit.

Thanks, yes I can get it to work with the feature codes. I wanted them to get the visual light and I agree that it probalby doesn't work so that users get the IP Agent. I just thought it odd that it works for some and not others, which led me to belive maybe there was some way to get it to show up.
