Aux Trk MOH not being heard by Agents in Assist...

I am not certain I am making any sense, but apparently when an incoming ACD call is answered, call center agents are reporting they hear no music while waiting in queue when using the consult softphone feature to dial various VDNs. This is intermittent issue. We are using MOH using an Aux Trk port. I appreciate any input you can provide. Thank you.

Check the CORs of the agents. There is a setting there for hearing MOH.

I checked this and it is set to yes for hearing MOH.
