I am not certain I am making any sense, but apparently when an incoming ACD call is answered, call center agents are reporting they hear no music while waiting in queue when using the consult softphone feature to dial various VDNs. This is intermittent issue. We are using MOH using an Aux Trk port. I appreciate any input you can provide. Thank you.
