Aux reason codes

Hello,
It's been sometime since i needed to add Aux reason codes to a system. I have added them to CMS but the phones are not prompting me for a code. I can not find anyplace in the switch to add them.. help anyone ? I have a 8700 system with EAS

thanks i found it however when i put it for requested to made it forced i needed to take it back out until i can plan a roll out with everyone knowing it's they are turned on.. thanks lisa
