Hello

I have made an Autostart CD which works
beautifully with Win98 but I get error
messages when I try it with Win2k.
The system asks for a search path..?
In the Autorun.inf file I have written the
statement open = start.exe index.htm
This start.exe is a file in the Windows\system32
map. Shouldn't there be one in Win2k or is there
a different statement for Win2k ??
It would be really nice to be able to run this
CD on any operative system. How do I do it ??

Proggie.

I'm taking a guess that \winnt\system32 is the path you want.
Might be a start!

Hello Jeremy Barker

Thanks for answering.

I have already tried to run start.exe from the
MsDos prompt in Win2k and it directs me to a file
in Winnt\System32\cmd.exe

As for the path you suggested, that has already been
tried out, and in a few different ways.

Proggie
