Autoreply Signature persists

Hi

Running Exchange 5.5 on an NT4 server with 20 users accessing the server for email. My boss is running outlook XP on windows 2000. Got 2 problems:

1. His deleted items is disappearing randomly and it is not set up to be deleted upon exit!

2. His autosignature turns itself on randomly. An old autosignature from about 5 months ago reappears. I turn off the autosignature and delete it yet when he logs in the next morning (he is using a laptop and outlook is setup for offline work) the old signature is there once more and turned on!

any thoughts?

I know that SP2 for Office XP fixes a lot of issues, you have to have SP1 installed on office first.

Thanks for your suggestions

I installed SP1 and SP2 yet the autosigniture reappeared again on restart.

However I took your advice from another thread and recreated his .OST file for offline use and this seems to have eliminated the problem.

Hopefully it stays eliminated! It may also have fixed the issue with his deleted items disappearing but I will have to monitor that one!
