AutoPresenting a Call

Hi,

We're using a Mitel 3300 with version 5.2 software. I'm trying to figure out how to configure the system so that we force present calls after a minute of make busy/follow-up time at the end of the call. I looked in the COS settings, but nothing jumped out at me. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Assuming you are using ACD Queues (you mention Make Busy), I believe the timer you are looking for is called the Work Timer.

Set this to what you want in the Agent's COS.
