I'm on FM 7 and I have the following problem on a single document with a single flow and master page.

I have a Chapter heading with the following autonumber set up <$chapnum>.<n=0> \t

I then have Heading one styles with the following autonumber set up
<$chapnum>.<n+1> \t

This produced the following, which is fine.

1.1 Heading 1

1.2 Another Heading 1

1.3 Another Heading 1

However if I introduce a numbered list in between 2 Heading 1's with the following autonumber - <n=1> \t the Heading 1's reset themselves as follows:

1.1 Heading 1

1.2 Heading 1

1 numbered list

1.1 Heading 1

1.2 Another Heading 1

How do I set up the autonumbering on the numbered list to stop this happening?

Cheers

You need to put your numbering into a series.
Example s:<$chapnum>.<n+> For your headings.
and n:<n+> for your numbered lists.

Hope this helps.
