I was wondering if there was any code that could be involved that would automatically fill in fields. I have this form in which everyday all 25 of my drivers are being put in. The only thing on the form that changes is the date. I have the default value set for current date in the date field. Basically, I want to be able to come in everyday and not have to input the same 25 drivers each day. Then all I would have to do is fill out the rest of the form. Someone gave me some code and told me that I had to make an data page but that didn't work. Any IDEAS!

Drivers? Are you talking about software, golf clubs, or people?

I'm not sure you gave us enough info. What, exactly, are you doing? Are we talking about 2 related tables, form/subform? Ann

Build a table with all of the default information that you are having to enter each day, then create an append query that will append this data to your database table. Every morning just come in and run the append query, it will add all of the information to the database and you won't have to enter it manually.
Hopefully this helps.
