There are many other solutions as well, and you can write your own code depending upon whether you have the deveopers edition, or you cna look at Crystal Enterprise.
I think that CR 8.5 came with a slightly crippled version of Crystal Enterprise 8 as a bonus, it might have allowed for scheduling, but I can't recall.
The other cheap (well, free) and dirty solution is to obtain a macro recorder program that has a scheduler built in.
