Automation to create an appointment

I know how to use automation to add an appointment to microsoft Outlook on my desktop, but the question i have is there a way to establish an appointment in someone else's calendar?

Take a step back. Do you have rights to add appointments to anyone else's calendar? If not, then whether it's through Access or directly in Outlook, you can't do it. Do you have this right?
