For Load Testing, Microsoft suggests a command line tool that they just published called the SharePoint Test Data Load Tool (WSSDW.exe). The problem is that the tool WSSDW.exe is a community supported tool, not an officially Microsoft released product. The tool was used for load testing by the SharePoint Performance test team at Microsoft.



For performance testing, Microsoft suggests the Visual Studio Team System for Test. More information available at this URL:
