Automating Word within VB6 IPF

Anyone have any idea why caling the following line of code would cause an IPF?

Set oWordActiveDoc = oWord.Documents.Add(Template:= _
sFile, NewTemplate _
:=False)

sfile is set to path + template name
oWordActiveDoc is dimmed as Word.Document

This code works on some boxes & not on others? 95 & 98 boxs with 64 & 128MB both get same error. Can find very little help on troubleshooting IPF's. Thanks.

Figured it out. Make sure and check those references. Word9 (2K)library is not backwards compatible with Word8 (97). But Word8 works with Word9 (and XP too if anyone cares!)
