How can I send multiple requests (workflows, assuming I already created it) with just one click. I have made a project and within the project I would like to send the requests to different managers by automating that process of sending multiple requests.
Is this possible?
Thanks!

Please explain your use of "automating". Are you wanting something to happen without human intervention?

Or do you just want to send one request to multiple people rather than a bunch of individual requests?

Thanks for the prompt reply.
For instance, once I saved a project it will automatically send various multiple requests in the background.

To whom? Everyone on the project? Request to do what? Can you be more specific?

This is a Capital Appropriation Workflow Project.
Requestor A will make an ESynergy project. After filling up the field info on the project, requestor has to send a workflow request for Engineering Manager, Environmental Manager, Controller, Safety Manager. Each Manager will receive a workflow request for approval. However, I would like that process (sending out the approval request thru e-workflow) be automated.
I don't have Event Manager. However, can this be done thru event manager?

Yes Event Manager can automate a number of things including workflow requests. However on what event would this be based? On the creation of a new project?

Then event manager is definately the way to go. It has a gazillion uses besides this as well, you might look at the Event paks on the Donas Group's website, the vineyardsoft website, (Vineyard Soft's are free downloads) etc.
