I am using ASA to schedule some reports to email. How do I get ASA to email a group of people and not just one? I have tried (,), (;), :)) seperating the email names and that doesnt seem to work.

Also, The new MS exchange mailboxes give you this pop-up box saying a foriegn application is trying to using your email. Press YES to accept. Does anyone know if there is a way to turn this "feature" off so my emails will go through?

Thank you,

Ray

There maybe two ways of doing this. First setup a rule for the email pertaining to the reports in the subject header.

I have the reports mailed to me, then accourding to the header it places them in a "reports" folder.

Second, setup a distrubution group so everyone recieves it.

We are still on Exchange 5.5, sorry don't know anything about the pop-up.
