Have you considered sharing a word file with track changes enabled?

Ron

If your objective is simply to allow multiple users to make edits to an upcoming agenda,

Create the file in word, go to tools, track changes, and enable.

Changes made to the file by multiple users are tracked and or highlighted, letting the creator(I think) of the file accept the changes or reject. I would assume that since it is an agenda, some one or group of people is going to have final approval?

Search the help file for track changes and you can get the details.
