automatically purge email

i was told that our domino server automatically purges email from our users' mail files every 90 days. now i am told by some of the users that the mail purging is occurring every 60 days. where is the setting for this found? i cannot seem to find it.

btw, the replication setting to remove documents not modifed in the last xx days is not set or active so that is no the case.

Check the Archive Settings. The default should be 365 days, but it's possible someone set it to 90 and 60 days on different mail files.
