automatically pick up a ringing line

Hi All.

Is there a way to have a phone automatically pick up a ringing line? I have looked through the set options but don't see anything.

Your line is appear only, you need to program as appear and ring.

There is an option in the Call Center called forced answer but besides that No.

Hmmm maybe more info required.

"phone automatically pick up a ringing line?"

As in sit at your desk and when it rings it goes to handsfree and you dont touch it?....like Voice Call.
