Greetings all:

We have 15 differnet resource calendars set up and it is a headache trying to keep up with all the requests, especially with those who schedule at the last second and not notify us about it. Does anybody know if it is possible for these resource calendars to notify someone automatically whenever somebody has scheduled an appointment? Thanks in advance!

Can't you set up a delegate, and select for both main mailbox and delegate to receive a copy of the meetings requests?

I tried that..unfortunately, the problem is that these are resource calendars and is set up to automatically accept meeting requests as long as there is no scheduling conflict. When it is set up this way, the delegates do not receive copy of the meeting requests. Disabling the automatic accept setting allows the delegates to receive the meeting request, but then, somebody has to manually accept the meeting requests in order for the reservations to go through.

What about an inbox rule in the resource mailbox to automatically forward all mail received to another mailbox. This might work as well as having the autoaccept setting.

Tried this too. Inbox rule doesn't work because since it is set up to automatically accept meeting requests, the meeting request does not make it to the Inbox. It just gets put in the calendar automatically.
