You could try typing "control userpasswords2" in the run box. In the resulting window uncheck "users must enter a user name and password to use this computer". You could also try resetting the Administrators password on the same page to blank.
For future use next time you re-install windows don't set any password just use a blank one.
I take it you are aware of the security implications for not having any passwords?
