Automatic Subject Line - How do I reply?

To send an email from work to the outside world I have to type "Internet-Authorised:" in the subject line, followed by the subject title.

Getting fed up typing this all the time I figured out that I could customize my tool bar and assign a button to automate this for me. Great! But......

When I reply to emails from the outside world I still have to type this "Internet-Authorised:" in.

How can I automate a reply so I get the "Internet-Authorised:" before the RE: ?
