Automatic start the VFP9 installation when I start the VFP application

How did you create the installation? Did you use InstallShield Express or something similar? If so, you might have specified that some modules were to be "installed on first use", which would explain the behaviour you are seeing.
Take a close look at your use of InstallShield, and fix as necessary.
