Great a batchfile using the shutdown.exe program.
Schedule it to run at whatever time you wish,
Alternatively run a search.

I have a feeling that you are being extremely lazy here.
Do as b castner said and do a search either here or in Google. There are countless posts on it.........

This is what we do at my company (WinXP Pro)

We have shutdown.exe in c:\windows\system32We also have a file named shutdwn.cmd in the same directory.

If you edit shutdwn.cmd, you will see the following line, which will immediately force application termination and reboot.
Code:
c:\windows\system32\shutdown.exe -r -f -t 00
