Automatic Set Relocation in BCM 4.0

I posted this under Nortstar systems forum but I believe here is the correct place for it.

I have found numerous guides on enabling set relocation but in our BCM 400 we do not have the menu I have seen listed (featr settings) I see "hunt groups", "business name" and "hospitality" for selections under system programming, and set relocation is driving me nuts! Does anyone know where the option is on the latest version of BCM 4.0 software? Either through set based programming or via Element Manager, I have had no luck with either one.

I did not have admin permissions so I did not have access to the option, I now can see it.
