Automatic Scroll when highlighted textbox goes off the screen

It's here:
It starts with scrollbar classes, but in the download you find the sbscrollablecontainer, too.
It has another problem, if you're into such details: It has it's own graphics for the bar handle and arrow buttons of the scrollbar, short: It doesn't look as a native scrollbar.
You may change that with screenshots of a normal scrollbar, but that won't automatically be themed by windows, obviously.
Everything has it's pros and cons.
