Hi to All,,

I Have Installed two PRI Cards on Business Communication Manager CM450, each PRI has its own number.I would to Configure these Cards to use the same destination code access (eg.., 9)
For Example :

Majdi dials 9 to enter the first PRI Pilot number. ( 5503224)Mohammad dials 9 to enter the second PRI pilot number. (5503222)

Thanks

If I am understanding you correctly, you want some extensions to use 1 PRI for outbound calls, and some extensions to use the other PRI for outbound, while both use 9 to access. Is that correct? If so the answer is very complex. It would be easier to use different destination codes. If you can't do that, you would need to set up night service routing. Have the first route be 1 PRI, the second route be the other PRI, and go into each extension and only give them line pool access to the PRI they need to use.

Can you give me more details ... How can I set up Night service routing and use it as Alternate route ... do you understand me?

Turn on night routing service under services. Set it to auto. set up a schedule that puts the system in night routing service all day long. Under each destination code, input the 1st and 2nd route.
