Hi,

Is it possible so that we can block sending a receipt when we look at an e-mail. This is when a user has requested notification that their e-mail has been read.

We do need to block this as sometimes it can be very inappropriate for us to let the user know that we have actually read the e-mail.

In Outlook click Options > Preferences > E mail options > Tracking Options > Check " ask me before sending a response" and you will get a pop up each timea receipt is requested
