Automatic pick up

Hi friends.

Can I configure one digital extension automatically pick up the internals incoming calls?. What is the best way to do this?.

If the response is yes, I need a physical digital telephone connected? (I need use this to capture the TCP/IP data for a external program, and is perfect for me if no phone needed).

Digital phones don't use TCP/IP, IP phones do, is that what you meant?
Both digital and IP sets can be set to automatically answer calls if they are directed to it, but this is a conversation best had with your maintainer/BP really

Haha! It's clear. I know the difference.

I am using SMDR and an external program. I capture using TCP/IP the data but forget this.

I need to know how tho configure the automatically answer calls to a digital extension in IPO500v2 .

Make a button for the phone with this:

Shortcode = *DCP
Tel Number = 0,0,1,2
Line Group = 0
Feature = CW

No because you cannot program buttons on an analog extension.
