Automatic Logon of Supervisor Set

Odd thing happening.

Phoneset 3904

Supervisor Setup
Key 0 - ACD
Key 1 - DN
Key 2 - Alternate DN

Now the issue - and this is really odd - a call will come in, and if the skillsets do not get it, it will AUTO LOGIN her set, and then DUMP it into her personal Voice mail. She is confused, I am confused, the boss is looking at me with that "You get an answer asap, or you're looking for work" look.

Any help would be great.

Now that is odd. Have you tried deacquiring her phone, then deleting it, rebuilding it, and reacquiring it?

change your set as following

key 0 acd
key 1 nrd
key 2 msb
key 3 dn
key 4 alternate dn

aquire the sets, make one ordinary call to the group
when she is only logged in.
log her out and see what happens it should be working.

otherwise you have to see if your patches are up to date
