automatic intercom / direct dial question

hey guys,

we upgraded a customer site from 3.2.55 to 3.2.61

now when they automatic intercom / direct dial someone, the tones dont come over the spekerphone to let them know someone is calling.

any ideals???

What feature are you using. I use direct dial and the tones come thru.

i think there was an issue with that, but i thought it was on a 4.0 release. i know on 4.1 they fixed that.

I noticed this on a site that had a mixture of 5610 and 44xx phones. And the problem seemed to be when a direct dial was coming into an ip phone. So we disabled direct dial for the ip phones with a busy shortcode.
