I am working on a dictionary. I must place first term on a page on a left upper corner of a header and last term on ge to the right upper corner of a page.

Is there a way to automaticaly do that in CS2?

I'm afraid there isn't. You would need to upgrade to CS3 to use the variables. I had something similar recently and the only way is with CS3, using InDesign. Other typesetting packages such as Ventura have this ability, but I'm afraid it's a bit messy and Ventura files are not stable at all.

If you're doing things like this then CS3 is worth every penny. Upgrade is relatively cheap too.
