automatic exporting

Dear friends,
I am doing automatic exporting. My automatic software won't
select checkbox "Same number formats as in report". Does anybody know how to select this checkbox when automatic exporting? It could be in setting.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Sorry. A typo to that. It should be automatic exporting
software, that is, Scheduling Crystal Report.
