Automatic email address when clicking a cmd button

I am creating a form that when completed you click a button and it auto matically calls outlook and inserts a *.rtf as an attachment. I am wondering how to I make it so that the To: (and subject for that matter), in Outlook, gets populated with the email addresses automatically? Thanks alot for any help.
