I am wondering if they is a way to make the fields within the yellow square automatically be pasted into the memo/text box indicated by the yellow arrow, as un/formated text.
Im guessing it may have to be a macro or some kind of programming, any ideas?

any help much appreicated, as the fella who started this has left and im trying to get it up and running in his absence

p.s does anyone know of a add in or a way of converting text into html as we are building a project manager database for our web server.

You could have a button, Transfer, that creates a variable holding the concatenation all the data separated by whatever character you want and then make this the value of your textbox. eg. On the OnClic event have something like;
Dim holdtext as String
holdtext = Me![Board].value & ";" & Me![inner].value & ";" & etc.
Me![textbox].value = holdtext

Why you want to do this, I don't see it. Maybe you can explain.

If you want to put Access data on a web site, you can create Data Access Pages(DAPS) or use ASP. Search:

thanks for info.

we have a spreadsheet field with the data which you can see is entered into the fields as in the screenshot.

We want to input data into the fields which automatically get pasted into the text box so we can copy paste into our html converting software to create a html version of the record for website. It was requested by management that this can be done, i said i wasnt sure but they are a stubborn lot

I'll give that a go, and see how I get on
