I can dial my modem to my ISP using 'ppp -ddial ispname' command manually, how can i make my OBSD connect to ISP automatically on a specific time and also disconect automatically? and what is the setting for my windows client to access the Internet through OBSD server? (my BSD Ip and gateway is 192.168.0.5 and the domain is foo.my.domain)

write a script that does so and put it in the crontab

with :

crontab -e

(see also man crontab)

And by the way your making good progress I see.
-Installed OpenBSD
-Installed the modem
-And already finding your way to needing the first script
(a script is just the same as :
A file with all the commands in it you need, and then they are processed sequentially one by one. If you put it in a dir excecute it by typing ./scriptname (when you are in the dir) or /pathtodir/scriptname (when not in dir)

Got any more questions?
