Automatic Cell Manipulation

I receive a weekly spreadsheet that I have to manually adjust each column to be a certain type (numeric, text, etc)

I want to be able to automate this process. Can someone please refer me to a good source of information for this. I am sure it will require some scripting. But being a newb to scripting any reference material would be nice.

Maybe try recording a macro while you do your formatting.

[Blue]Blue[/Blue] [Dragon]

If I wasn't Blue, I would just be a Dragon...
