Working on an NS700 but I am not on site and I don't have a dial tone to test myself. When a caller is parked automatically, will it automatically go to park position 00 everytime (if 00 is available, 01 next...)or will it pick random park zones? The customer will have line appearances on the reception phone but wants to park callers for the smaller phone sets. I was going to put park appearances 00 - 03 on the smaall phones so if it always goes to 00 first,01 second..., it will work for them. Thanks in advance.

you can set fixed park keys so they will always be those keys. problem I find with automatic park is they have to watch where it goes when they press the key

I was trying to avoid having fixed park positions while having line positions but that may be the best option. Per usual, thank you obtsystems!

if using loop keys on smaller phones, I would normally do the same on reception just to stop confusion. just a few extra loops on reception so they can handle more calls at once
