Hi Guys,

Hope you could help me on how to set this up?

Scenario:

When an agent logs in, it goes to a default state which is "AUX 0". It does not go to "Auto-in" mode until you press the auto-in button. We would like to set up an environment where agents who logs in on the system will automatically go to "Auto-in" mode after being on a 15seconds default aux (Aux 0). Do you think this is doable? Thanks.

CURRENT SYSTEM INFORMATION

Software Load: R013x.01.5.642.3
Memory Configuration: G3xV13

I haven't seen anything in the AVAYA that will do this. Even in the CMS world I recall having agents log in and go ready. The only system I know that will log an agent in and make the agent ready does so immediately, and was not AVAYA.

Hi. Thanks for your reply. We did raise a ticket with Avaya and they have confirmed that it can't be done.
