automatic acw

Hi Experts!Just want to ask if you encountered a problem in your center wherein after an ACD call, the state of the agent will go automatically to ACW?I already checked the timed acw but it doesn't have any value. At the same time when I issue "status station xxxxx", the state will be MI which supposed to be AI (Auto In). Im using S8700 software. Thanks in advance.
 
There are two different places where automatic ACW can be entered.

If your agents are set up as auto-answer, then you need to use the Timed ACW option on the VDN screen.

If your agents are not set up as auto-answer, then use the Timed ACW option on the hunt group screen.

How is the phone button’s setup.
Is it a Auto-In button, or a Manual-In Button.
 
Thanks guys for immediate response.
It is Auto-in and not manual in button defined in any of our workstation.
