I need to document my XML files(as input). Can anybody suggest some good automated tool (e.g. Oxygen) for it?

Altova rules where XML is concerned (imho) - XML Spy is the king of all the xml editors I've tried, and can create automatically generated documentation in HTML or PDF format.. I assume when you say "XML files" you refer to your schemas? if not and its an XML instance then you can also generate an XSD from the source xml file - not perfect, and the design isn't great if you want to manage it properly, but it's helpful for newbies or reverse engineering existing XML documents. It can also produce test xml instances to support the documentation as an example. The only thing you might not like is the price...
