Automated Attendant not playing night message when office is closed. This is programmed to activate @ 4;30 p.m. At 4:30, the message caller hears is: "ext. 10 is not available.....leave message." What am I missing? Any help appreciated.
1- What type of Voice Mail are you using?
2- Did you create the Night Greeting
3- Is night service activated by:
a. The switch
b. The switch & business schedule
c. Voice Mail business schedule
