Automated attendant, different day and night messages? Help!

What I Am trying to do:
Day: Automated Attendant answer, one message and set of options
Night: Another message and set of options (except for one line)

At the moment, the partner mail system I am working on answers with the automated attendent, lines 1-4, 24x7. It gives the caller the option to press 3, so that all extensions ring (the line they called on). Also, if you just wait, and it times out, it tells you to leave a message.

This needs to be changed so that it only behaves that way from 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
Outside of those times it should only give the option to leave a message, on all lines except 3 (IE: 1,2 & 4 all just say leave a message). 3 should ring, without automated attendant answering.

You are going to have to program a 'button' on one of your main system phones. (ext. 10 or 11) This night button will then switch your attendants when turned on/off. I believe that there is a way to call in to turn it on/off, but I don't believe there is a timer to use so it is automatic.
